Never received order

I placed an order in early July, it is now September and I have not received my order. I was told shipping cost was wrong & they were having trouble with a file. I offered to pay more for the shipping or if the order was too much trouble I could cancel. Never heard back. I have sent several emails with no reply. So I have to product and I guess I am not getting my money back. Please be careful ordering from this company. I was completely ripped off!
