NB: As of todays date 2 July 2026 our current print queue is 2 business days, with orders being processed in order they are received. Please be aware all 3D printed items are printed to order unless mentioned in the listing as being in stock.

Shipping policy

New Zealand Delivery.

All parcels are currently sent via Pass the Parcel and couriered with full tracking to your address. Email notification will be sent as you parcel is entered into Pass the Parcels system with full tracking information.

International Delivery (outside of New Zealand).

All international deliveries are sent via New Zealand Post Economy Tracked and can take up to 14 days to arrive due to current Covid related delays in some countries.

General Parcel Information.

If there is a problem with your items arrival we are happy to help you locate it or organise a replacement if item can not be located by Pass the Parcel. If you have concerns over delayed delivery we can be contacted at thebubblegirl@xtra.co.nz

If your parcel should arrived in less that perfect condition (damaged and affecting contents) please contact us immediately with photos so we can make any claims necessary, and we will happily organise replacement if necessary.

We are not responsible for any time seasonal delivery or Covid19 related delays that may occur.
